“我看你应该去参加吹牛大王比赛才对。”变色龙也不甘示弱。
哦，对了，向大家介绍一下，我是一只斑马，正要去参加伪装大赛呢。
令人期盼已久的伪装大赛终于拉开了帷幕，“请各选手就位”随着裁判小狗的命令，我们来到就位台，“开始”一听到这词儿，我立马冲了出去，找了一个“阵地”开始伪装了起来。我向四周张望，发现变色龙在树上，它把自己身上的颜色调成了棕色，和树融为一体，它刚才张开眼睛，露了马脚。我继续寻找竹节虫，真当我快要找到竹节虫时，裁判的助手——小马来看我们藏得怎么样。
如果被发现就玩完了！我只能让眼睛只张开一条缝，发现在树上的变色龙变成了红色。小马也很快注意到了这一点，变色龙就只能愿“玩”服输了。
小马向另一方望去，发现竹节虫在那就跑过去，故意说：“天太热了，搞一片叶子扇一扇。”竹节虫就被小马“搞”了下来，小马说：“小样，别躲了。”
